The apartment is ideally situated on the popular pedestrianised Rose Street, which runs parallel between Princes Street and George Street.
Situated on the first floor within a Georgian sandstone 18th century building, the property retains some amazing period features.
The spacious bright living room, complimented by an exposed stone wall, has a breakfast bar area looking into the open kitchen, a large three-seater sofa bed, one armchair and two breakfast bar stools. There is a dining table with seating for four guests by the large sash and case window.
A separate kitchen with solid oak breakfast bar looks into the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped including fridge/freezer, oven and induction hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Two double bedrooms each containing one double bed plus ample bedroom storage and a modern family bathroom with shower over bath completes the accommodation.
Within 2 minutes you can walk along Edinburgh’s famous Princes Street with its spectacular castle views, beautiful gardens and many shops. Alternatively you can walk along George Street with it’s many designer shops during the day (including Harvey Nichols Department Store) and at night its wide variety of stylish bars and restaurants. George Street is also partly closed to traffic to maximize on the outdoor eating opportunities offered by many restaurants.
The apartment is in a central location for cinemas, theatres, art galleries and within comfortable walking distance to the Waverley Train Station, St Andrew’s Bus Station and links to Edinburgh Airport.
Take a walk around the stunning Royal Botanic Gardens to the North of the city – just a relaxing stroll away. Their cafe and restaurant is not to be missed and both kids and adults will love the shop.
Check in is from 2pm, however the property manager will be as flexible as possible with prior notice. Check out is by 11am. A later check out is subject to availability with prior arrangement. Baggage drop off facility available.
A refundable security deposit of £200 is required for parties over 4 guests, single sex parties and groups attending over special events i.e Scottish rugby matches, New Year etc.
